Driving home with a Christmas Tree.

Yeah, it's been a while since the last post. First of all, best wishes to everyone....Happy Holidays!

The last two weeks have been a mix of working, family visits (Bram's parents) and walking the dogs (Baste and Max). That means not much of adventure. And I have to say... I'm keen to head for the mountains again soon! I organized an Alpine Club of Canada ski trip to Burstall Pass and I've been skiing on the hill, but once. Here you'll find a collection of my most recent pictures. Most shots will look familiar to most of you back home in The Netherlands. The province of Limburg had 40 cm just before Christmas. Something that the people in Canmore only can dream about. We haven't had snow in the village for about 5 weeks now!!

Just a quick update on Bram last post, his ice climbing accident. Bram's ankle is improving over the days. He can go to the swimming pool, start some easy biking in the local gym and driving the car (automatic). Soon he's seeing his doctor again and hopefully he can start walking anytime soon...... Go Bram, Go!

Cross Country Skiing with the girls

Last Friday I went out with Caz and Allie. We X- country skied the Spray River trail and it was a lot of fun! It was good to get out on the trails after almost two weeks of nursing and working my jobs, both with a lack of sleep. We made this picture for Bram so he can enjoy the winter trough the pictures we take and the stories we bring home.
